About Zipicka

Zipicka is a Dubai-based online retailer bringing together two things most UAE stores keep separate: authentic beauty and skincare, and premium pet care.

Why we started

Living in the UAE creates a specific set of problems. Intense year-round sun and constant air conditioning are hard on skin. Hard, desalinated water is hard on hair. Heat and humidity are hard on pets — and hard on the products meant to help them.

We kept seeing the same two frustrations: people couldn't easily find the clinically-backed products that actually work in this climate, and when they did find them, they couldn't be confident the products were genuine or properly stored.

Zipicka exists to solve both.

What we stock

We carry around 200 carefully selected products rather than tens of thousands of listings.

Beauty & skincare — dermatologist-recommended brands including La Roche-Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, EltaMD and Paula's Choice, alongside Bath & Body Works fragrance, Olaplex hair repair and Korean beauty from Laka and DINTO.

Pet care — grain-free nutrition from Carnilove, vet-formulated Hill's Science Plan, Cat's Best and M-PETS litter, KONG enrichment toys, and professional grooming from Bioline, VETIQ and Groom Professional.

Home essentials — practical, reliable tools for UAE homes.

Our standards

Authenticity. Every product is sourced through authorised channels. We are a licensed UAE business — you can view our trade licence.

Storage. Active skincare ingredients like retinol and vitamin C degrade in heat. Pet food degrades in humidity. We store everything in climate-controlled conditions and check expiry dates before dispatch. In this climate, that matters more than most retailers admit.

Curation. We stock fewer products on purpose. If something is on this site, we believe it works.

Delivery across the UAE
